A one hour lecture will be delivered by Prof. Kevin Aquilina with regards to the below-mentioned subject.

‘An Appraisal of the Environment and Development Planning Bill.’

The lecture will discuss the Environment and Development Planning Bill from a development planning perspective. It will identify the salient changes being introduced by the said Bill to development planning law, their impact on Administrative Law and enhancements and difficulties which such changes might pose to other branches of the Law such as Administrative Law, the Law of Procedure and the Law of Human Rights.
