The Chamber of Advocates’ Malta Law Academy Foundation hosted an afternoon lecture with the first of it’s Quarterly Legal Seminars entitled ” Judicial Review of Administrative Action and Article 469A: Time for Reform” by Dr Tonio Borg.
This newly launched initiative by the Malta Law Academy Foundation through a collaboration between Dr David Fabri and Dr Tonio Borg, both senior Lecturers with the Faculty of Law, saw the participation of over 50 members and students from the legal profession.
